This project starts from 11-Sep-2017 (Year 106) to 30-Apr-2018 (Year 107), up to the end of 30-Apr-2017(Year107),including the performance appraisal of the tidy ＆ beautify in each township (city) for 3 times,and the performance appraisalof the tidy ＆ beautify in each township (city) of business contact meeting for 3 times, and the public evaluation for lavatories in Yunlin city, 1 times ( including I-Voting activity). To process the local matters from Environmental Protection Administration, we had a plan to build comfort home and friendly environment to hold meeting of discussion and business schedule management for 3 times (105-106 years) . To assist and process the examination by Environmental Protection Administration , we had a plan to build comfort home and friendly environment toin-situ inspection and administrative work.Holdan experiencesharing meeting(2 days 1 night) to build friendly environment of urban and rural areas for 1 times, a training meeting to build friendly countries and villages for 1 times,one of the big activities in the year 106 called “Gold Fall Earth Day- Reviewing Village environment” for 1 times, and another in the year107 called“National Cleaning Week launching ceremmony”for 1 times, promotion of business and environment for 13 times. On 12-Jan-2018 (Year 107),arranged Year 106 awards ceremony to praise the team of environmental volunteers, who passed the tests of environmental clean in Yunlin County and had excellent evaluation at public lavatories. We also hold an experience sharing meeting for environmental volunteers for 1 times, the activities to encourage people to learn how to clean for 2 times.
